Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a Workday Manager to own the platform strategy, governance, and ongoing support across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and more. You will lead the Workday administration, manage a cross-functional team, and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance, security, and optimized performance.

The role requires extensive Workday experience, leadership ability, and a track record of delivering enterprise-wide platform improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/HR/Business Administration or related field.
7–10 years of Workday admin/implementation experience.
3–5 years of leadership or management experience.
Experience supporting multiple Workday functional areas including HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management.
Experience leading enterprise software platforms and managing external vendors/partners.
Experience leading technology projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working with executive leadership and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own Workday platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
Lead Workday administration, support, and delivery teams.
Serve as liaison between Technology and HR/Finance/Payroll/Benefits/Recruiting/Operations.
Establish prioritization processes for enhancements, defects, and projects.
Oversee Workday configuration, security, business processes, and tenant management.
Ensure platform stability, performance, availability, and service levels.
Lead biannual Workday releases and feature adoption.
Provide oversight of Workday architecture, integrations, reporting, and data management.
Manage relationships with Workday and third-party implementation partners.
Lead vendor escalations, contract deliverables, and strategic partner engagement.
Ensure adherence to change management, testing, and deployment standards.
Support audit activities, compliance requirements, and security governance.
Collaborate with TPMO and business leadership on project execution and prioritization.
Monitor platform performance, support metrics, user satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
Develop and maintain platform documentation, standards, procedures, and governance artifacts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Workday ecosystem.
