Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Workday Center of Excellence (CoE) Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end Workday programs from Chicago or nearby locations. You will lead offshore teams, govern delivery, and align with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

The role demands deep Workday expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex integrations and security-focused implementations across HCM, Payroll, and Financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to six years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale offshore Workday Center of Excellence (CoE), including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management of team members.
• Lead security architecture and design reviews across Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Integrations, Extend, and third-party ecosystem components.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, Finance, and technical stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with strategic objectives.
• Establish and enforce Workday governance, configuration standards, delivery methodologies, and operational best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead Workday integration, monitoring, and tenant management efforts to enhance platform reliability and performance.
• Manage change control processes, including Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities, risk mitigation, and release readiness planning.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues while ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
