Job summary

The City of Charlotte is seeking a seasoned Workday program lead to oversee the Workday Support Team, including the Security and Governance functions, Change Control, and Production Support across Workday and third-party apps.

You will lead the Workday Scrum Master efforts, coordinate biannual/weekly releases, and ensure alignment with HR, Finance, Budget, and Procurement. A strong governance mindset and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Champion continuous improvement and solution delivery across Workday.
