You will partner with HR, Recruiting, Operations, and Technology to improve onboarding workflows and visibility, and drive enhancements to Workday BP design and integrations. The role requires proven experience leading Workday projects, managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, and a pragmatic, independent approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Workday projects or post-go-live optimization initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Broad Workday knowledge across HCM and integrated business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3-4 month onboarding optimization initiative within Workday.
• Partner with HR, Recruiting, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to improve onboarding workflows and visibility.
• Drive enhancements to Workday business processes (BP design) and related integrations.
• Facilitate requirements sessions, manage project plans, and provide leadership updates.
• Deliver incremental improvements through a practical, hybrid Agile approach.
• Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and build consensus across teams.
