Kognitiv Inc. is seeking an Associate Workday Financials Manager to blend client management with consulting across multiple Workday Finance projects. You will configure, test, and deploy Workday Financials for a global base, guiding teams to deliver on time and within scope.

In this hybrid role, you will mentor teammates, manage client expectations, and drive high customer satisfaction while expanding your leadership capabilities toward people management or business operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday Finance experience in customer facing roles such as consulting or project management.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials, Security, Reporting, and at least one more module (Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Customers, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams across timelines and budgets.
• Strong client satisfaction focus with excellent communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Workday Finance clients, scope, estimate, plan and manage project deliverables.
• Lead delivery with consultants and project managers, guiding team members for timely, quality outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to position Kognitiv as a valuable partner.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing and training.
