Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a hands-on project lead to steer a 3-4 month onboarding optimization initiative within Workday in a hybrid, cross-functional environment.

You will partner with HR, Recruiting, Operations, and Technology to improve onboarding workflows and visibility, and drive enhancements to Workday BP design and integrations. The role requires proven experience leading Workday projects, managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, and a pragmatic, independent approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3-4 month onboarding optimization initiative within Workday

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Workday projects or post-go-live optimization initiatives
• Experience with Workday Recruiting and Onboarding (does not need to be a deep functional expert, but must understand the modules and associated processes)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
• Broad Workday knowledge across HCM and integrated business processes
• Ability to operate independently with minimal direction

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
