Tata Consultancy Services in West Palm Beach seeks an experienced Workday Onboarding Experience & Journey Lead to reimagine the end-to-end onboarding within our HR technology ecosystem. The role blends deep Workday knowledge with experience design thinking and cross‑functional collaboration to identify friction, redesign workflows, and deliver a seamless, high‑impact employee journey.

You will partner with Recruiting, Core HR, IT provisioning, and Payroll teams to ensure a connected onboarding

Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in HR Technology, Workday (Core HR / Onboarding) and experience design / journey transformation.
Strong hands-on understanding of Workday business processes and onboarding capabilities.
Experience mapping journeys and service design across cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the redesign of the end-to-end onboarding journey from offer to first 90 days.
Translate experience vision into Workday-enabled solutions and configurations.
Identify pain points and simplify processes to drive automation-first and self-service-first outcomes.
Collaborate across Recruiting, Core HR, IT provisioning, Learning, and Payroll to connect onboarding across systems.
Create journey maps, experience blueprints, and low-fidelity prototypes; iterate with stakeholders.
