Signet Jewelers is seeking a Learning Technology Coordinator to manage Workday Learn, ensure accurate learner records, and deliver high-quality learning programs. You will work with the Learning & Organization Effectiveness team, HRIS, and stakeholders to optimize learning operations and reporting enterprise-wide.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, customer service, and strong communication as you support learners and programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Workday Learning administration, including learning assignments, learner transcripts, reporting, and learning operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and data integrity
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support learners and stakeholders across the organization

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Workday Learn including course assignments, curricula, learning pathways, learner transcripts, and system configurations
• Provide day-to-day support to learners, managers, and stakeholders by responding to questions, resolving issues, and troubleshooting learning technology concerns
• Maintain accurate learning records and support data quality efforts to ensure the integrity of learning information and reporting
