• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 2+ years in training and development.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Docebo LMS and learning tools.
• Experience delivering blended learning formats.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Docebo LMS and Learning Hub.
• Upload and manage learning content and curricula.
• Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs.
• Track learner participation and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance and leadership development programs.
• Manage training registrations and logistics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and brand partners.
• Support reporting and analytics on learning metrics.
