Advocate Health is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst – Learning to advance our learning, development, and workforce growth initiatives. You will independently lead Workday Learning configuration and improve the digital learning ecosystem, partnering with People & Culture and IT to align with governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Workday, HRIS, or workforce systems experience.
• Experience configuring or supporting LMS and Workday Learning.
• Knowledge of learning administration, certifications, and workforce development programs.
• Strong Workday reporting and analytics capabilities, including learner dashboards and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Learning and related learning technologies.
• Partner with Learning & Development leaders to design scalable solutions for compliance training and leadership programs.
• Configure learning assignments, campaigns, curricula, certifications, learning audiences, and automated enrollments.
• Support content management, learning governance, and learning-related business processes.
• Design and maintain Learning dashboards, compliance reporting, certification tracking, and workforce learning analytics.
• Evaluate and implement digital and AI-enabled capabilities to improve learning delivery and learner experience.
• Collaborate with Learning, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of learning processes across the employee lifecycle.
