The Learning Technology Coordinator supports the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of Signet Jewelers’ learning management system, Workday Learning. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, this role is responsible for ensuring learning content, assignments, curriculum, learner records, reporting, and learning programs are accurately maintained and delivered through Workday Learn and other learning technologies.
This role partners closely with the broader Learning & Organization Effectiveness team, HRIS, business stakeholders, and learners across the organization to support a high-quality learning experience and ensure the effective administration of enterprise learning solutions. The Coordinator serves as a key operational resource, helping maintain learning data integrity, learner support, system processes, and learning technology effectiveness.
The Coordinator brings strong attention to detail, customer service, technical aptitude, and organizational skills to support learning operations and help ensure learning programs are delivered efficiently and effectively across the enterprise.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support learners and stakeholders across the organization
