Responsibilities

• Maintains and analyzes HR data using HRIS (Workday).
• Designs, implements, and analyzes reports to identify trends across HR groups.
• Ensures system integration and upgrades by collaborating with colleagues and SMEs.
• Leads and coordinates projects in Workday by preparing plans and obtaining SME support.
• Ensures changes are tested in non-production environments before live deployment.
