Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support planning, coordination and administration of colleague learning programs. You will work with stakeholders, vendors and learners to ensure training aligns with organizational goals, manage learning systems, schedule events and track participation.

You will coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs, maintain course content and enrollment, and support onboarding, compliance and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience as stated.
• Experience in coordinating learning programs and LMS administration.
• Proficiency with Docebo, content creation tools, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytic skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and manage travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Docebo LMS, ensuring data accuracy and content integrity.
• Upload, assign, and manage learning content, curricula, and certifications.
• Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
• Manage registrations, calendars, and participant logistics.
• Track training records, reporting, and program evaluations.
• Support onboarding, compliance, leadership, and talent development programs.
• Coordinate training environments and travel logistics when required.
• Collaborate with brand partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
