LHH | Lee Hecht Harrison in Culver City, CA is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to drive Workday Learning administration and strategy. You will optimize the LMS, manage onboarding programs, and partner with HRIS to scale enterprise learning initiatives.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for scalable learning experiences that drive business impact.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or HR program management.
Strong experience with Learning Management Systems, especially Workday Learning.
Proven ability to coordinate programs, vendors and logistics.

Responsabilités

Serve as the primary administrator for Workday Learning (LMS) including content uploads and campaigns.
Partner with L&D leader and HRIS to evolve learning technology strategy.
Maintain onboarding planners and learning pathways for global onboarding.
Monitor engagement metrics for LinkedIn Learning and other platforms.
Develop reports and insights on learning engagement and program effectiveness.
Coordinate vendor relationships and learning program logistics.
Support manager and leadership development scheduling and logistics.
Support global onboarding initiatives and maintain onboarding resources.
Design training for performance management and create job aids and guides.
Provide operational support for learning initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
