Job summary

THE·TEAM in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to own the Workday Learning platform and day-to-day LMS administration. You will design, deliver and improve learning experiences, manage enrolments and coordinate programs from onboarding to skills-building initiatives.

Collaborate with People Partners and SMEs to ensure programs are launched with accuracy, tracked with reports, and continuously improved.

Qualifications

• Experience administering an LMS in a corporate learning environment.
• Experience with Workday Learning is strongly preferred.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for learners and partners.
• Interest in using technology to improve learning delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of Workday Learning, including courses, programs and audiences.
• Maintain and improve learning content and LMS catalogue materials.
• Produce training completion, participation and program reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding and in-person learning events and logistics.
• Manage learning projects from development through launch with stakeholders.
