Lee Kum Kee is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the talent development strategy in the California market. You will oversee programs, lead Hi-Po initiatives, and align learning with organizational goals.

Remote facilitation and hands-on coaching are integral to the role. You will design curricula, manage LMS and audits, and partner with executives to drive engagement, succession planning, and training effectiveness.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, HR, or related discipline from an accredited 4-year university.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development with talent development and engagement focus.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership and management development curricula.
• Hands-on facilitation experience for diverse audiences and sizes.

Mansioni

• Prioritize learning programs aligning with corporate culture and strategic goals.
• Develop and implement Hi-Po Talent Development and succession planning guidance.
• Administer LMS and Talent Review processes with leaders; track development plans.
• Design and deliver in-person and digital learning solutions on leadership, mentoring, coaching, engagement, onboarding.
• Train managers and staff, audit training records, and manage development budgets.
