Job summary

THE·TEAM in Raleigh seeks a Learning & Development Manager to own Workday Learning and the day-to-day operation of our learning programs. You will build and maintain content, manage enrolments and coordinate logistics for onboarding and events.

You will work with SMEs and the Workday systems team to ensure effective delivery, reporting and continuous improvement across leadership development, performance cycles and skills-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience administering a learning management system (LMS) with Workday Learning preferred.
• Experience managing enrolments, audiences, courses or campaigns and reporting.
• Solid project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and survey/assessment tools.
• Interest in using technology to improve learning delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of Workday Learning, including courses, programs, campaigns, audiences and enrollments.
• Maintain learning content, update digital materials and LMS catalogue content.
• Produce training completion, participation and program reporting; manage surveys and assessments.
• Coordinate onboarding and in-person events; manage schedules, venues and logistics.
• Lead learning projects from development through launch, securing inputs and approvals.
