Job summary

THE·TEAM seeks a Learning & Development Manager to oversee day-to-day administration of Workday Learning, curate content, and manage enrolments and audiences. You will coordinate onboarding, leadership development, and skills-building initiatives while partnering with the Workday systems team for configuration and issue resolution.

You will produce program reporting, learner surveys and engagement insights, and ensure accurate communications to learners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a learning management system in a work environment.
• Experience managing learner enrolments, courses or campaigns with reporting on outcomes.
• Strong project coordination with multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Clear written communication with learners and stakeholders; familiarity with e-learning tools.
• Interest in using technology to improve learning delivery, incl. AI-assisted content development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of Workday Learning, incl. courses, programs, campaigns, audiences and enrollments.
• Maintain and improve learning content and LMS materials with regular content reviews.
• Produce training completion, participation and program reporting; run surveys to measure engagement.
• Coordinate delivery of learning programs, onboarding and in-person events; manage schedules, venues and logistics.
• Manage learning projects from development through launch, timelines, reviews, approvals and follow-ups.
