Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking an HR System Solution Architect to drive Workday configuration and HRIS excellence. Based in multiple US locations, you will shape the Workday roadmap, partner with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality design across deployments.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT, and guide release readiness while aligning with governance standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience required.
• Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday configuration with emphasis on high-quality design and deployments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and provide governance.
• Mentor HRIS colleagues and collaborate across HR, Payroll, Talent and other functions.
