Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an HR System Solution Architect to lead Workday configuration and drive the HRIS strategy. This role will be based across multiple U.S.

locations including OH, GA, CO, TX, IL, NJ, PA and AL, with an emphasis on delivering scalable Workday solutions and governance across environments. You will mentor HRIS colleagues, collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent and other functions, and ensure high-quality design and implementation of Workday configurations to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to Workday expert across key modules, advising leaders and partners on capabilities and best-in-class design.
• Translate business needs into intuitive, scalable Workday solutions that enhance user experience and deliver measurable value.
• Drive Workday roadmap, partner with stakeholders to define priorities and introduce new features.
• Lead end-to-end Workday configuration with high-quality design and seamless execution.
• Analyze Workday releases, guide partners through changes, and prepare organization for adoption.
• Mentor HRIS colleagues and collaborate across HR, Payroll, Talent and other functions.
