Job summary

Talent Groups seeks a seasoned Workday Architect to lead architecture, integration strategy, and governance for a large enterprise HR landscape in the United States. This hands-on leadership role combines architecture, integration expertise, and team management to deliver secure, scalable HR technology solutions across HR, Payroll, and related domains.

You will partner with HR, IT, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders to align technology with business goals, mentor teams,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
10+ years of enterprise HR technology experience.
7+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
5+ years in Workday architecture and integration leadership.
5+ years of people leadership or consulting leadership.
Experience leading complex Workday implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the Workday HR technology architecture roadmap and governance.
Lead design, development, deployment, monitoring of Workday integrations.
Provide technical expertise across Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Oversee integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and more.
Drive integration modernization using MuleSoft, Boomi, and Azure services.
Establish security, data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
Lead technical delivery, release management, and continuous improvement.
Mentor teams, manage vendors, and partner with senior leaders.
