Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience required.
• Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday configuration efforts with a focus on high-quality design and seamless execution.
• Conduct functional QA, ensure governance standards are met, and support smooth deployments across environments.
• Analyze Workday's bi-annual releases, guide business partners through upcoming changes, and prepare the organization for successful adoption.
