Job summary

PNC is seeking an HR System Solution Architect to join the HR Information Systems team. You will be based in one of several U.S. locations and drive end-to-end Workday configuration with a focus on design, QA, and adoption.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent, and other functions, mentor HRIS colleagues, and help shape how new capabilities integrate into processes and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).
• Ability to translate business needs into elegant Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to Workday expert across key modules and advise leaders on capabilities.
• Translate business needs into intuitive, scalable Workday solutions.
• Drive Workday roadmap, define priorities, optimize processes and introduce new features.
• Lead end-to-end Workday configuration with focus on high-quality design and execution.
• Conduct functional QA and ensure governance standards are met.
