Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday configuration with high-quality design and execution.
• Conduct functional QA and ensure governance standards are met.
• Mentor HRIS colleagues and collaborate across HR, Payroll, Talent.
