Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a dynamic Solutions Architect to join our Workday consulting team. You’ll leverage your deep Workday implementation expertise to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and transition seamlessly to delivery.

Responsibilities include shaping end-to-end solutions during the sales process, serving as a product SME, mentoring junior resources, and supporting pre-sales meetings and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of actual implementation experience.
• Strong Workday implementation experience required in HR, Financial, or Student Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end solution and design details during the sales process.
• Support the Business Development Lifecycle by serving as product SME.
• Assist with client proposals and the transition to delivery.
• Mentor junior resources and promote knowledge sharing.
• Estimate effort and resources for projects across solution areas.
