PACS is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Workday configuration, security, and ongoing support for the absence and payroll modules.

Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you will analyze business processes, manage user access, document requirements, and assist with patches and upgrades.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Workday experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to deliver reliable HR systems.

Minimum degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or another related field.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Workday experience.
Knowledge of architecture for the Workday HR System with a focus in absence and payroll functional areas.
Capability to interpret business requirements and processes and translate them to system functionality.
Familiarity in working with validated systems and working within the Computer System Validation Framework.
Must possess understanding of systems development life cycle, computer systems validation, application development, and systems integration.
Interpersonal skills necessary to form effective relationships with the user community, IT colleagues, and external vendors.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and comply with company policies and procedures.

Analyze business process issues and improvement opportunities to understand requirements and provide solution recommendations.
Manage users, security roles, and approval workflows.
Document and assist users in defining business requirements, process maps, and use cases.
Investigate feature requests and new application features and recommend appropriate solutions.
Develop user training materials and deliver end-user training.
Investigate problems with Workday ERP modules and resolve issues.
Verify data integrity, functional integrity testing, and data maintenance.
Fulfill ad-hoc business reporting needs and assist with interpretation of data.
Establish an understanding of system architecture and infrastructure components.
Assist in Workday patch management and upgrade planning/execution.
Support installation of new application features and changes under change control.
