Job summary

PACS is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Workday configuration, security, and ongoing support across HRIS functions, including absence and payroll modules. You will collaborate with internal users and vendor consultants to ensure validated, compliant systems, and efficient operations across the organization.

The role requires a strong technical foundation in Workday, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business process issues and propose solutions to optimize Workday usage.
• Document business requirements, process maps, and use cases.
• Investigate feature requests and recommend suitable solutions.
• Develop end-user training materials and deliver training as required.
• Investigate Workday module issues, diagnose root causes, and resolve.
• Verify data integrity and conduct functional testing.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and interpret data as needed.
• Support Workday patch management and new feature deployments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and validation of system changes.
• Coordinate with Service Desk for knowledge transfer and support.
• Identify technology risks and improvement opportunities.
• Understand KPIs to support department and company objectives.
