Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an HRIS professional to manage and optimize Workday across our HR landscape. You will configure processes, security roles, and integrations to support annual cycles such as reviews, open enrollment, and compensation.

You will develop custom reports, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and partner with HR business partners to drive system improvements. Travel is about 5%, and prior Workday project leadership is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years HR experience with implementation, administration, configuration or support.
• Strong Workday experience strongly preferred and project leadership capable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Workday modules and stay current on new functionality.
• Configure business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare, test, and execute annual Workday projects and tasks.
• Develop reports/dashboards and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to meet evolving needs.
• Provide training and support to staff using Workday.
