Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an HRIS Administrator (Workday) to maintain and enhance the Workday platform, ensure data integrity and process efficiency, and support HR initiatives. The role requires strong HR systems knowledge, project leadership, and experience with data reporting and security configurations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of HR experience required.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting.
• Workday experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes, security roles, and integrations.
• Lead HRIS projects from planning to completion.
