Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking an HRIS Lead - Workday to own administration, configuration, security, and optimization of the Workday platform. You will act as the technical SME and functional lead for HR tech, ensuring reliable architecture, accurate reporting, and governance.

This hands-on individual contributor role requires deep Workday expertise and close collaboration with HR leadership and IT to drive strategy, optimization, and timely delivery across modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of hands-on Workday administration experience supporting production environments.
• Deep expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, dashboards, and security administration.
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture and dependencies among configuration, security, reporting, integrations.
• Experience with Workday Absence and Recruiting, including complex absence policies.
• Experience with Workday integrations and troubleshooting data exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday administrator across HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence, and Recruiting.
• Configure and maintain business processes, calculated fields, rules, notifications, and validations.
• Design secure access, perform periodic reviews, and ensure data governance.
• Build and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and reporting fields.
• Manage Workday integrations, including API, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Provide production support and partner with IT/vendor teams as needed.
