Job summary

Cascadia Healthcare is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong Workday expertise to support our HR technology environment across multiple states. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Operations to ensure data integrity and secure HR systems.

The HRIS Specialist manages day-to-day Workday administration, data loads, reporting, and process improvements. You will drive data quality and collaborate on organizational changes while staying current on Workday best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years with Workday.
• Experience with Workday reporting and day-to-day system administration.
• Experience supporting employee data management, organizational management, or benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve HRIS support tickets and user requests.
• Provide functional support for Benefits, Organizational Management, and other Workday functions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Assist with testing and validation for updates, enhancements, and releases.
• Support Workday security administration and user access requests.
