Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR technology implementations from design to go-live and hyper care.
• Define scalable Workday designs, security, and data flows across platforms.
• Serve as Workday functional lead for core HCM and cross-module dependencies.
• Translate business needs into documented functional requirements and configs.
• Review complex configurations and provide hands-on support for critical milestones.
• Mentor HRIS analysts on configuration standards and best practices.
• Partner with HR, IT, Security, Legal, and business leaders on requirements and risk.
