Qualifications

• At least 8+ years in HRIS/HR technology or enterprise HCM systems.
• Hands-on Workday HCM experience including Core HCM, security, and data structures.
• Experience leading full-cycle Workday implementations or major deployments.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into functional designs and configurations.
• Experience with HR systems integrations, data mapping, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR technology implementations from evaluation to go-live and hyper care.
• Define scalable Workday functional designs, system-of-record ownership, and data flows.
• Serve as Workday HCM expert for core HCM, security, and cross-module dependencies.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, designs, and acceptance criteria.
• Review complex Workday configurations and provide hands-on support for critical milestones.
• Mentor HRIS analysts and coach on best practices for configuration, security, and testing.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, Legal, and business leaders on needs and design decisions.
• Develop a multi-year HR technology roadmap aligned with strategy and regulatory requirements.
