Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an HRIS Consultant to serve as a senior functional architect and implementation lead for Workday and its HR technology ecosystem. Focus areas include Core HCM, security, data structures, and cross‑module dependencies with UKG for time and attendance and Salesforce for HR service delivery.

The role leads enterprise HR technology implementations, coordinates partners and stakeholders, and mentors HRIS analysts.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in HRIS/HR technology or enterprise HCM systems with 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
Experience leading at least one full-workday implementation or major enterprise deployment from design through go-live and hyper care.
Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into functional designs and configuration specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise HR technology implementations from evaluation to go-live and hyper care; coordinate partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Define scalable Workday designs, system-of-record ownership, and data flows across Workday, UKG, Salesforce, and connected platforms.
Mentor HRIS analysts on configuration standards, business process design, security, testing, and documentation.
