Job summary
Highmark Health is seeking an HRIS Consultant to lead Workday HCM implementations and shape the HR technology ecosystem. You will translate complex business needs into scalable functional designs and oversee security, data structures, and cross-module dependencies with UKG and Salesforce integrations.
The role involves mentoring HRIS analysts, coordinating with HR, IT, Security, Legal, and business leaders, and driving multi-year roadmaps for HR technology.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise HCM systems.
- At least 5 years hands-on Workday HCM experience including configuration and security.
- Experience leading full-cycle Workday implementations or major deployments.
- Strong ability to translate requirements into functional designs and specs.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise HR technology implementations from design through go-live and hyper care.
- Define scalable Workday designs, security, and data flows across platforms.
- Serve as Workday HCM subject matter expert and lead design evolution.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and configuration specs.
- Review complex Workday configurations and provide hands-on support when needed.
- Mentor HRIS analysts and partner with HR, IT, Security, Legal and business leaders.
