Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support, configure, maintain, and improve Workday HCM solutions. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable functionality.

Key areas include security governance, business process automation, and advanced reporting. You will participate in releases, testing, and continuous improvement to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Workday HCM including security, business processes, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of HR data, org structures, and security impacts.
• Experience creating Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Ability to translate complex requests, gather requirements, and test thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday security groups, policies, and role access.
• Design and deploy custom Workday business processes and automation.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Analyze reporting requirements and validate outputs.
• Maintain location data, costing centers, and organization structures.
