Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Workday Security Analyst to support and maintain security within our Workday HCM environment. You will configure security roles, maintain access controls, and partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure secure and efficient system operations.

This role requires 3+ years of Workday security administration, a Bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of security groups, domain policies, and RBAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of Workday experience focusing on security administration.
• Strong understanding of security groups, domain security policies, business process security, and user-based/role-based security.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM modules such as Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position Summary

• Configure and maintain Workday security groups, domains, and business process security policies.
• Manage user access and role assignments across All Workday modules.
• Perform regular security audits and access reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday security-related issues.
• Support compliance, governance, and data privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders to implement security enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday Security or Workday HCM certification.
• Experience supporting healthcare, academic, or large enterprise organizations.
• Knowledge of SOX, HIPAA, audit controls, or segregation of duties.
• Experience with Workday reporting and integrations.
