Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst to deliver functional Workday expertise across HR processes such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting. You will configure, test, validate, and support Workday changes while collaborating with HR stakeholders and technology partners.

The role requires 5+ years in Workday or a comparable HRIS, a bachelor’s degree, strong data analysis, and excellent communication.

• 5+ years of experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS.
• Experience configuring, testing, and implementing HR processes in Workday.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Workday functional support and troubleshooting.
• Configure, test, validate, and implement Workday changes in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations and reports.
• Develop and maintain Workday dashboards, reports, and calculated fields.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technology partners to ensure data integrity.
