Formación

• 3+ years of HRIS experience supporting Workday or similar cloud-based HCM

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily support for Workday HCM and related modules (Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, Reporting, Security).
• Troubleshoot user questions, system errors, and data discrepancies; escalate as needed.
• Maintain foundational data, org structures, business processes, and security roles under governance.
