Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies by analyzing root causes and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Assist with payroll system configuration, testing, and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with providers like Workday, CloudPay, and ADP to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures, process maps, and controls.
- Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support compliance activities, including audits and regulatory reporting.
- Participate in vendor governance, project updates, and global payroll initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll, HR operations, or related analytical functions.
- Proven support experience with global payroll platforms such as Workday, CloudPay, or ADP.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communicator with the ability to interpret technical and non-technical information.
- Comfort working across different systems, vendors, and international time zones.
