Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll configuration and administration.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday expertise.
• Strong Workday Core HCM knowledge and payroll experience.
• Experience with Workday’s Business Process Framework, Security, and Advanced Reporting.
• Experience collaborating across People, Finance, Payroll, IT.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll and Workday configuration end-to-end; ensure accurate pay processing.
• Configure and optimize Workday Payroll and Core HCM; manage security as needed.
• Support Time and Absence and other Workday areas; maintain data integrity and processes across lifecycle.
• Develop workflows, governance, and documentation; drive system improvements and automation.
• Partner with People Ops, Accounting, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate requirements into solutions.
