Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to maintain Workday modules and ensure data integrity across the organization in Georgia.

You will configure workflows, security, reporting, and integrations; lead annual Workday cycles; partner with HRBPs; train staff; and troubleshoot system issues.

This role requires strong HRIS background, 4+ years, and a Bachelor’s degree; relocation to GA or eligible to work in the US is assumed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HRIS or Workday experience.
• Experience in implementation, administration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Workday modules and security roles.
• Configure business processes, updates, and integrations.
• Prepare and test annual Workday projects and tasks.
• Develop reports and dashboards; ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to design functional Workday solutions.
• Provide training and support to staff.
