• Demonstrated team and functional workstream leadership; guide clients and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and provide strategic HR transformation recommendations.
• Ensure delivery of complex Workday HCM projects from requirements to go-live support.
• Mentor and develop junior and senior team members to grow technical and consulting skills.
