Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience leading complex enterprise system implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management and implementation governance for Workday Financial Planning and HCM.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and critical path.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, design, configuration, data conversion, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Payroll, and other stakeholders across a healthcare organization.
