Qualifications

4–6 years in HR analytics, HR systems, or related field.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency; Workday experience required.
Experience with HRIS integrations; API auth, encryption, certificates (x509/PGP), SFTP/data exchange.
Experience with legal financial systems (3E, Aderant).
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills across HR, Finance, and IT teams; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into scalable reporting and dashboards.
Lead Workday data quality enhancements, processes, and workflows.
Investigate HR system performance and drive data governance improvements.
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, storage, and integrations.
Support non-Workday systems (Aderant Sierra, Deal Cloud, MDD).
Ensure data privacy and security; document processes thoroughly.
Conduct ad hoc analyses for leadership requests.
