Under the general supervision of the Business Systems Manager, the Systems & Data Analyst is primarily responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the firm’s HR systems infrastructure as well as other enterprise business applications across the firm. In collaboration with Human Resources, Finance, and leadership teams, this role will support the implementation and maintenance of a new HRIS (Workday), including data migration, validation, testing, and the development of reports and dashboards to ensure a successful deployment and ongoing system optimization.
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in New York City if selected for the role.
