Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates in New York City is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support HR Shared Services. The role focuses on Workday HCM data processing, testing during upgrades, and process automation across firm-wide HR operations.

You will train team members on Workday processes, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Payroll and other departments to resolve issues. A strong analytical background and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of five years of related HR Shared Services experience, including Workday HCM.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Workday HCM and business process set up.
• Knowledge of database structure.
• Proficiency with Workday, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level technical support for processing employment data changes, including new hires, status changes, terminations, and time tracking.
• Provides training to new and existing People team professionals on various Workday processes.
• Ensures data integrity and completion of tasks.
• Liaises with Payroll to coordinate payroll-related transactions.
• Collaborates with other teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
