Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting tools.
• Experience with Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to turn business requirements into actionable reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Maintain standard and custom reports with calculated fields.
• Optimize reports for performance and user experience.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT to gather requirements.
• Analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights.
• Handle data anomalies and validation.
• Support Workday security settings for report access.
• Test and validate new or modified reports.
• Document reporting tools and processes.
• Provide guidance on report utilization to users.
• Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
