Houlihan Lokey, Inc. is seeking a Workday HR Reporting Analyst on a fixed-term basis within the Human Capital Group.

The role focuses on creating and delivering critical Workday HR reports and leading upskilling sessions to empower colleagues to build and run their own reports. In collaboration with the Analytics Lead, you will design, build, and optimize sophisticated reports, calculated fields, and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and governance across the global HR data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data validation and reconciliation.
• Strong communication skills to translate requirements into user guides.
• Knowledge of Workday data architecture, security groups, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, validate, and schedule advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards.
• Develop calculated fields, data sources, and multi-dimensional reporting structures.
• Lead structured training to upskill HCG colleagues in creating and modifying Workday reports.
• Provide coaching, drops-in support, and practical walkthroughs to boost team self-sufficiency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and report inventories.
• Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into intuitive reporting solutions.
• Conduct data validation and audit testing to ensure accuracy and compliance with data governance standards.
• Ensure reporting adheres to data privacy regulations and Workday security protocols.
