Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Systems & Data Analyst to support HR technology and enterprise business applications in a fast-paced environment. This role collaborates with HR, Finance, leadership, and technology teams to implement, maintain, and optimize Workday.

The ideal candidate will have strong Workday/HRIS experience with data analysis, reporting, integrations, and process improvement. You will gather requirements, support migrations, develop dashboards, and ensure data quality across

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in HR systems, HRIS, business analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on Workday experience – REQUIRED
• Experience with HRIS systems and integrations
• Experience with data migration, validation, testing, and reporting
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Experience with SFTP, API authentication, encryption, x509/PGP certificates, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive data

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Workday
• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR, Finance, and other stakeholders
• Support data migration, validation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Improve Workday workflows, processes, functionality, and data quality
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Support data pipelines, integrations, and enterprise business applications
• Work with APIs, SFTP, encryption, certificates, and data exchange processes
• Troubleshoot system and data issues and drive them through resolution
• Support additional business and financial applications
• Maintain data security, privacy, governance, and process documentation
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting for business leadership
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities
